| Support: Getting Started: Mail Drop-Off and Pickup Options  Once you are ready to send your mail, you have several convenient options:
Hand your prepaid package directly to your postal carrier. Please note that your carrier may not be able to accept heavy or large packages.
Drop off your package into any street mail collection box. With Stamps.com, you can drop in packages of any weight and bypass the 16 oz. limit restriction.
Take your package to your nearest Post Office™ and hand it to a retail clerk without standing in line! If you add USPS Registered Mail™ or USPS® Insurance to your package, you must present the package at the Post Office.
