How to Print Multi-Value NetStamps on One Sheet

Note: Requires version 4.0 or higher. Click here to download the latest version of Stamps.com.
Now you can create a mixed-value sheet of NetStamps™ and feed your labels through the printer only one time. You can do this by creating groups of NetStamps on the same sheet.
Log into the Stamps.com software and select the "Print Postage" tab on the left navigation bar.
- Click the NetStamps tab
You will now see three tabs on the top navigation bar: INTERNET POSTAGE, NETSTAMPS and SHIPPING LABELS. Click the NETSTAMPS tab.
- Type in the 9-digit Serial Number from your label sheet
- Create your first group of NetStamps
Indicate the number of stamps in the first group and specify or calculate the postage value.
- Add a new group of NetStamps
Click the ADD GROUP button just below the print preview. Return to the top of the screen, indicate the number of stamps you need in your second group and specify or calculate the postage value.
You can create as many groups as you need until you reach the maximum of 25 total stamps per label sheet.
Tip: If you need to edit any group you created, simply click on the group in the print preview and make any necessary changes (postage value, mail class, number of stamps, etc.). If you need to delete a group entirely, select the group on the print preview screen and click the DELETE GROUP icon.
- Print a sample
Place a blank sheet of paper into your printer and click PRINT SAMPLE. The PRINT SAMPLE feature allows you to make sure your printer is set up correctly and that your label sheet is correctly oriented. The postage will print with a VOID and you will not use up any postage.
- Place your NetStamps labels into your printer and click PRINT.
Stamps.com will print a sheet of NetStamps with the different values you specified!
