How to Use:
Complete mailing information found within the MAILING tab of the Stamps.com software.
In the "Printing On" section, select Certified Mail Envelope – Stamps.com SDC-3800. Print
on the Certified Mail Envelope. Click here to verify the correct way to feed the form into your printer.
Step 1
Insert what you wish to mail and/or #10 envelope into pocket.
Step 2
Detach return address label and place it on the return receipt section of the form.
Step 3
Peel the two strips labeled "A" to expose the adhesive.
Fold and stick together to close envelope.
Step 4
The white label shown in the image is your receipt for this mail piece. If you need a record of this mailing, present this receipt with the mail piece at your local post office to be postmarked when you send your certified mail (optional).
The stamped receipt is your proof of mailing for all tracking purposes. If you don't need a receipt, simply discard this label.
